Reflections on the Microsoft ‘Teamwork Development’ Programme

At Microsoft we place great value in the Development of our people and their ability to form Teams and execute excellently together to meet our customers requirements.

The Programme was a great success with the workgroup coming together and demonstrating skills and capabilities that were previously untapped, and which we are now utilising in the workplace.

A real “jewel” in the Programme was the time taken after the completion of tasks for the teams to share the experience, to provide open, honest and respectful feedback on the team dynamic and to help recognise strengths and development opportunities for individuals.

In all, the Programme was a great investment for Microsoft, and I would strongly recommend Peak Discovery as a facilitator to help individuals and teams to realise their full potential.
